Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. The total amount of COP 27,360,000 (Twenty-Seven Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Colombian Pesos) shall be remitted via bank transfer to the following account:

Important Notes and Terms of Service
1. All photography services described in this Invoice were performed by the Photographer Alejandro Restrepo M. and his authorized team in the city of Colombia Bogotá, Cundinamarca, during the period of June 2 to June 12, 2025.
2. The Photographer retains full intellectual property rights over all original images. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for commercial use of the delivered images for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
3. All digital files are delivered via secure cloud link within five (5) business days of the final editing session. Physical prints, if requested, are subject to additional charges not included in this Invoice.
4. The Photographer is registered as a taxpayer with the DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales) in Colombia Bogotá and issues this Invoice in compliance with Colombian tax regulations (Ley 1819 de 2016 and related decrees).
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Bogotá, D.C., Colombia.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete agreement between the Photographer and the client regarding the services described herein. No verbal modifications are valid unless confirmed in writing by both parties.
