Notes and Terms

- All photographic content delivered under this Invoice remains the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a commercial license for use in marketing, advertising, and corporate communications.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use a limited selection of images (up to 5 per project) for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to the shoot.
- Any additional services, extended hours, or extra image requests beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of COP 250,000 per hour.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, the Photographer reserves the right to suspend delivery of remaining assets and apply applicable late fees under Colombian commercial code.
- All services were performed in the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. The Photographer complies with all local municipal regulations regarding commercial photography, drone operation permits, and public space usage in Colombia Medellín.
