Terms and Conditions – Photographer Invoice, DR Congo Kinshasa
This invoice is issued by Kinshasa Lens Photography Studio, a registered professional photographer and photography services provider operating in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. The following terms govern this invoice and the photography services described herein:
- Payment: The full amount of this invoice, 4,343,400 CDF (Four Million Three Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Congolese Francs), is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the photographer, Kinshasa Lens Photography Studio, at BCC Bank, Kinshasa branch, Account No. 0012-3456-7890-12.
- Late Payment: A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025, in accordance with the commercial code of the DR Congo.
- Copyright and Usage: All photographs, images, and video content captured by the photographer during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Kinshasa Lens Photography Studio. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for internal and marketing purposes within the DR Congo and internationally, for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
- Revisions: The post-production package includes one round of minor revisions. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed at a rate of 150,000 CDF per hour of the photographer's time.
- Force Majeure: The photographer shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability, security concerns, power outages, or transportation disruptions common in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
- Governing Law: This invoice and all associated services are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
- Validity: This invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the photographer reserves the right to reissue the invoice with updated pricing if applicable.
