Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full by 30 June 2025 to avoid late payment penalties of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Important Notes & Terms
- All photography services described in this Invoice are to be performed by the lead Photographer of Alexandria Lens Studio or their designated senior team members. The Photographer retains full creative direction over composition, lighting, and editing style as agreed in the original contract.
- Delivery of all final edited images, the photo album, and the drone highlight video will be completed within 21 business days following the wedding event date. Digital files will be delivered via a secure cloud link, and the physical album will be hand-delivered to the client's address in Alexandria.
- The Photographer reserves all intellectual property rights to the raw and unedited images. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final edited images for personal and private social media purposes. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.
- Any additional hours, locations, or services beyond those listed in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of 1,200 EGP per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
- A copy of this Invoice has been registered with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) electronic invoicing system in compliance with the 2024 e-invoicing regulations.
