Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days from the date of issue (i.e., no later than 30 June 2025). Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Please reference Invoice No. NLP-2025-04871 in the transfer remarks. A 2% late penalty will be applied to any balance outstanding beyond the due date in accordance with Egyptian commercial law. The Photographer reserves the right to suspend further deliverables until full payment is received.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. All photographs delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Nile Lens Photography Studio until full payment is confirmed. Upon clearance of the total amount, a full commercial license is granted to the client for use in print, digital, and broadcast media within Egypt and internationally.
2. The Photographer and his team shall comply with all local regulations of the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities when capturing images at heritage sites in Egypt Cairo. All necessary permits and location fees are included in the quoted amounts above.
3. Final edited images will be delivered via secure cloud link within 7 business days of the last shooting date. The client shall have a 10-day review period to request minor adjustments (up to 10% of total images) at no additional cost.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any cancellation or scope change after 50% of the project has been completed will incur a 25% non-refundable fee.
5. The Photographer is fully insured under policy No. INS-EGY-2025-7741 with Egyptian National Insurance Company, covering equipment, liability, and personal accident for all crew members operating in Cairo and its surrounding districts.
