Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Kebede Visual Studios, a registered professional Photographer operating in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code and the National Bank of Ethiopia's invoicing regulations. All amounts are stated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are subject to the applicable value-added tax and service tax as mandated by the Ministry of Revenues, Ethiopia.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Please remit the total amount of 354,375.00 ETB via bank transfer to CBE Account No. 1001-2345-6789, Branch: Bole, Addis Ababa. Kindly reference Invoice No. KVS-2025-0347 in your payment memo. A 2% late payment surcharge will apply to any balance outstanding beyond the due date of July 15, 2025.
All digital image files will be delivered via secure cloud link within fourteen (14) business days of the event date. The printed photo album will be delivered to the client's registered office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, within twenty-one (21) business days. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection of images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to the event.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Kebede Visual Studios (the Photographer) and the client for the photography services rendered in Ethiopia Addis Ababa on June 10, 2025.
2. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In such cases, a revised Invoice will be issued reflecting any adjusted services.
3. All intellectual property rights to the final edited photographs remain with the Photographer. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to reproduce the images for personal and corporate use.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Addis Ababa City Court in accordance with Ethiopian law. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
5. This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax rates as per Ethiopian Revenue Authority directives.
