Notes & Payment Terms

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Any rescheduling of Photographer sessions must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee on the affected session as stated in the original service agreement.
Legal Notice: This Invoice is issued in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Articles L441-3 and L441-6). The Photographer, registered as a sole proprietorship (auto-entrepreneur) in France Lyon, complies with all applicable French tax and invoicing regulations.
