Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the following account:

A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (as per French Commercial Code Article L441-10) will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. In the event of non-payment, the Photographer reserves the right to suspend all further services and withhold delivery of remaining image files until full settlement is received.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice has been issued by Atelier Lumière Photographique, a registered professional Photographer operating in France Marseille, in accordance with French commercial law (Code de Commerce) and applicable tax regulations governed by the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques.
2. All photographic works delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Photographer. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the uses specified in line item 06. Any additional or extended use requires a separate written agreement and supplementary fee.
3. The Photographer guarantees the authenticity and originality of all images delivered. No stock photography or third-party content is included in this engagement unless explicitly stated.
4. All services were performed in France Marseille, and this Invoice is subject to French jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved by the competent courts of Marseille (Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille).
5. The Photographer has complied with all applicable data protection regulations (RGPD / GDPR) regarding the capture and processing of images containing identifiable individuals. Written consent forms were obtained from all subjects prior to the portrait session.
6. This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document for the purposes of French accounting and VAT deduction. The client may retain this document for their records and submit it to their accounting department for expense reimbursement.
