Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is issued by Atelier Lumière Photographique, a registered professional Photographer operating in France Paris under the SIRET number 847 293 615 00021. All services rendered are subject to French commercial law (Code de commerce) and the applicable provisions of the French Civil Code.
- The Photographer, Antoine Marchand, holds a Diplôme Professionnel de Photographie (DPLG) issued by the French Ministry of Culture and is a registered member of the Syndicat National des Photographes Professionnels (SNPP) based in Paris, France.
- All images produced under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the total amount of 25,488.00 EUR, the commercial usage rights as specified in line item 7 shall be transferred to the client.
- Any late payment on this Invoice shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (taux d'intérêt légal) in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code. Additionally, a fixed penalty of 40 EUR for recovery costs shall apply as per Article L441-10.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use up to 10 images from this project for personal portfolio, exhibition, and self-promotional purposes in France Paris and internationally, provided that the client's brand is not misrepresented.
- All photography sessions conducted in France Paris are subject to local municipal regulations. Permits for public location shoots (Seine River, Grand Palais exterior) have been obtained by the Photographer and are included in the quoted prices. No additional municipal fees shall be charged to the client.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to re-quote services due to potential changes in material costs, travel expenses, or applicable French tax rates.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved by the commercial courts of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris). The applicable law is French law. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
