Notes and Terms of Service
This invoice is issued by Stefan Krüger Photography, a registered professional photography studio based in Berlin, Germany. All photography services described herein were performed in accordance with the terms of the signed service agreement (Contract Ref: MCE-2025-089) dated 10 April 2025.
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images and video content produced during the engagement. The licensing fee listed in item 07 grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the specified duration and scope. Any use beyond the agreed parameters requires a separate written agreement and additional licensing fees.
All personal data processed in connection with this invoice and the photography services are handled in full compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The photographer acts as a data processor on behalf of the client for all images containing identifiable individuals.
In the event of late payment, statutory interest of 5 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate shall apply in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The photographer reserves the right to suspend further services and withhold remaining deliverables until full payment has been received.
This invoice constitutes a valid tax document under Section 14 of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz - UStG). The photographer is registered for VAT purposes in Germany and is identified by the USt-IdNr. stated in the header of this document.
Legal Notice: Stefan Krüger Photography is a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) registered with the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg, Berlin. The photographer is a member of the German Photographers Association (Deutscher Verband der Fotografen, e.V.) and the Berlin Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer Berlin).
Applicable Law: This invoice and all related services are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying service agreement is Berlin, Germany, in accordance with Section 38 of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO).
Dispute Resolution: The parties agree to attempt amicable resolution of any disputes before initiating formal legal proceedings. The photographer is willing to participate in mediation through the Berlin Chamber of Commerce (IHK Berlin) if required.
Document Reference: This invoice (SK-2025-0347) is the sole and final billing document for the services rendered under Contract MCE-2025-089. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
