Additional Notes and Legal Information
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the German Tax Code (Abgabenordnung, AO) §14 and the applicable provisions of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB). The Photographer, Stefan Brandt, operates as a sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer) registered with the tax office (Finanzamt) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and is subject to the standard 19% value-added tax (Umsatzsteuer) rate.
All photographic works delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Photographer. The commercial licence granted in line item 05 permits the Client to reproduce, distribute, and display the images solely for the purposes and duration specified. Any additional usage, sublicensing, or modification beyond the agreed scope requires a separate written agreement and additional fee.
The Photographer confirms that all images were captured in compliance with German data protection regulations (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Written consent for the depiction of identifiable individuals was obtained prior to the photography session.
This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of all services rendered. In the absence of a written objection within 14 days of receipt, the Client is deemed to have accepted the services and the charges listed herein. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, shall apply.
