Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Lichtblick Photography Studio, a registered professional photography business operating in Munich, Germany. All services rendered by the Photographer were performed in accordance with the signed service agreement dated 28 May 2025 (Contract Ref: BHM-2025-031).
Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Please remit payment via bank transfer (SEPA) to the IBAN listed above. Kindly reference the Invoice number LB-2025-0487 in your payment transfer to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
All images delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Photographer. The client receives a non-exclusive license as described in line item 5. Any reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use beyond the scope of the granted license requires prior written consent from Lichtblick Photography Studio in Munich, Germany.
In the event of late payment, a statutory interest of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate will apply in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The Photographer reserves the right to suspend further services until outstanding balances are settled in full.
This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document under German fiscal law.
