Payment & Invoice Notes
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Ecobank Ghana, Account Name: Golden Lens Photography Studio, Account No: 0012-4456-7890-1, Branch: Osu, Ghana Accra. Mobile money (MTN MoMo) accepted for deposits only.
Deposit: A 50% deposit (GHS 13,920.00) is required upon acceptance of this Invoice to confirm the Photographer's booking for the specified dates in Ghana Accra. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of the final delivery of all edited images.
Invoice Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The Photographer reserves the right to rebook the date if payment is not received by the due date stated above.
Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). International clients may settle in USD at the Bank of Ghana's daily interbank rate on the payment date.
Terms & Conditions – Photographer Services in Ghana Accra
1. The Photographer, Kwame Asante Mensah of Golden Lens Photography Studio, Ghana Accra, agrees to provide the photography services as itemized in this Invoice in a professional and timely manner.
2. The Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the venue and subjects in Ghana Accra as scheduled. Any changes to the location or schedule must be communicated to the Photographer at least 72 hours in advance.
3. All images captured by the Photographer remain the intellectual property of Golden Lens Photography Studio. The Client receives a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered images for private purposes. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement with the Photographer.
4. The Photographer is not liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, power outages, or force majeure events common in Ghana Accra. In such cases, the Photographer will reschedule the affected session at no additional cost to the Client.
5. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between the Photographer and the Client upon receipt of the 50% deposit. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ghana Accra.
6. The Photographer carries full professional indemnity insurance valid in Ghana Accra, covering equipment damage, personal injury, and liability for a minimum of GHS 500,000 per occurrence.
