Terms & Conditions – Photographer Services in India Bangalore
- This Invoice is issued by Aperture Lens Studios, a registered photography firm operating in India Bangalore, and constitutes a legally binding document for the services rendered.
- The Photographer and the assigned team will arrive at the venue no later than 90 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time. Any delay caused by the client will be billed at the hourly rate specified in this Invoice.
- All photographs and video content captured by the Photographer during the event remain the intellectual property of Aperture Lens Studios until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal and corporate use.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images from the event for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. The client may request a full embargo in writing prior to the shoot date.
- Delivery of final edited photographs will be made via a secure cloud link within 10 working days of the event date. The printed album will be couriered to the client's Bangalore address within 14 working days.
- Any cancellation by the client within 72 hours of the event will result in a 50% charge of the total Invoice amount. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full Invoice amount.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government restriction, or public health emergency in India Bangalore), the Photographer will reschedule the event at no additional cost to the client.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment must be received in Indian Rupees (INR) to the bank account specified above.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
