Dear Mr. Sharma,
This Invoice covers the complete photography engagement for your Annual Corporate Gala 2025, hosted at The Taj Mahal Palace in the heart of India Mumbai. Our team of professional Photographer specialists will ensure comprehensive visual documentation of your prestigious event.
All final edited images will be delivered via a secure cloud gallery link within 7 business days of the event. The same-day edit highlights will be shared on your corporate WhatsApp group by 11:00 PM on the night of the gala. Drone footage stills will be included in the final delivery package.
Please note that this Invoice includes full commercial usage rights for all delivered images for a period of 24 months. Any additional usage beyond this period or for print media exceeding 100,000 impressions will require a separate licensing agreement and supplementary Invoice.
Should you require any modifications to the scope of work outlined in this Invoice, please contact our Mumbai studio office at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date. Any changes will be reflected in a revised Invoice with updated pricing.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Aperture Lens Studios, a registered photography business operating in India Mumbai, and is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017.
- The Photographer and all team members listed in this Invoice are independent professionals. The client acknowledges that the Photographer retains copyright of all raw and unedited images until full payment is received.
- Payment must be received in Indian Rupees (INR) via bank transfer, UPI, or NEFT/RTGS. Cheques must be drawn in favor of "Aperture Lens Studios" and cleared before delivery of final assets.
- In the event of weather-related cancellation of the drone photography component, the Photographer will reschedule at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued for the cancelled component; a rescheduled session will be conducted within 14 days.
- This Invoice does not include printing, framing, or album production services. A separate Invoice will be raised if the client wishes to add these services to the engagement.
- All photography services are conducted in compliance with the Mumbai Municipal Corporation's event photography guidelines and applicable Indian privacy laws (DPDP Act, 2023).
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
