Due Date: This Invoice must be settled in full no later than 30 June 2025. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). The Photographer reserves the right to adjust rates if the client requests services outside the standard Iraq Baghdad metropolitan area.
Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Republic of Iraq, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Baghdad.
Notes & Additional Information1. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Photographer services rendered during the period of 01 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment is signed by both parties.
2. The Photographer, Karim Al-Hassan, retains full copyright ownership of all original images. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for commercial use of the delivered photographs within Iraq and internationally. Any third-party reproduction requires written consent from the Photographer.
3. All photography services were conducted in compliance with the Iraqi Media Commission regulations and the local licensing requirements for commercial photography in Iraq Baghdad. The Photographer holds a valid commercial photography license issued by the Baghdad Municipality.
4. High-resolution digital files (minimum 300 DPI, TIFF format) were delivered via secure cloud link on 14 June 2025. The client acknowledges receipt of all 350 final files. The Photographer will retain backup copies for a period of 12 months.
5. Should the client require additional editing, re-shoots, or supplementary photography sessions, a separate Invoice will be issued with a minimum 48-hour advance notice. The Photographer's standard daily rate for additional work in Iraq Baghdad is 850,000 IQD per day.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable late fees.
