1. All photography services described in this invoice were performed by the Photographer, Daniel Levi, and his licensed team in Tel Aviv, Israel, in full compliance with the Israel Copyright Law, 5778-1978.
2. The client retains full personal and commercial usage rights to all delivered photographs and video content. The Photographer retains the right to display a limited selection of images in his professional portfolio and marketing materials.
3. All equipment, lighting, and drone operations were conducted under valid Israeli Civil Aviation Authority permits. The Photographer carries full professional liability insurance covering all services rendered in Tel Aviv and the greater Israel region.
4. This invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the services outlined in Contract Ref. CTR-TLV-2025-0219. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein.
5. For any disputes regarding this invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Tel Aviv, Israel, under the jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Court.
