Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (by 15 July 2025). A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to overdue balances in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
Usage Rights: All photographs delivered under this invoice are licensed for commercial use by Studio Armonia S.r.l. for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. The photographer, Luciano Ferrante, retains full copyright ownership of all images as per Italian intellectual property law (Legge 633/1941). Any reproduction, redistribution, or use beyond the agreed scope requires prior written consent from the photographer.
Revisions: One round of minor retouching adjustments is included. Additional revision requests will be billed at the photographer's standard hourly rate of €95.00 per hour.
Terms & Conditions – Photography Services in Milan, Italy
This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional photography services rendered by Luciano Ferrante, a registered photographer operating in Milan, Italy. All services were performed in compliance with the Italian Chamber of Commerce regulations for the photography profession and the applicable Lombardy regional guidelines for commercial photography activities.
The photographer confirms that all equipment used during the Milan-based sessions was fully insured under policy number IN-2025-88432, covering professional camera bodies, lenses, lighting rigs, and backup storage media. The photographer further confirms that all model releases and location permits required for shooting in public and private spaces within the city of Milan, Italy, were obtained prior to each session.
In the event of any dispute regarding the scope, quality, or delivery of the photography services described in this invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Milan, Italy, in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure. This invoice and all associated services are governed exclusively by the laws of the Italian Republic.
The photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images from each session for personal portfolio, exhibition, and promotional purposes, provided that the client's brand identity remains clearly identifiable and no confidential or proprietary information is disclosed. The client may request specific images be excluded from portfolio use by providing written notice within 14 days of image delivery.
This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the photographer reserves the right to reissue the invoice with updated VAT rates or currency adjustments if applicable. The client acknowledges receipt of this invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein by proceeding with the payment process.
