Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the services agreement (Contract Ref: ACTB-2025-0312) signed on 20 May 2025 between Marco De Luca Photography, a registered professional Photographer operating in Italy Naples, and the Amalfi Coast Tourism Board. All photography services described herein were performed by the Photographer and his team within the metropolitan area of Italy Naples and its immediate surroundings.
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images. The licensing terms specified in line item 5 grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to reproduce the selected photographs for the stated campaign purposes. Any additional use, modification, or sublicensing beyond the scope of this Invoice requires a separate written agreement and additional fee.
All deliverables (RAW files, edited TIFF files, and compressed JPEG files) were transferred via secure cloud link on 14 June 2025. The Client acknowledges receipt of all materials. This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for all services rendered under the referenced contract.
