Payment Terms: 50% deposit (€2,976.80) due upon acceptance of this Invoice. Remaining 50% (€2,976.80) due within 30 days of the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2024.
Overdue Penalty: In accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284), a late payment interest of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by Marco Bellini, a licensed professional Photographer operating in Italy Rome, in full compliance with the Italian tax code and the provisions of the D.Lgs. 231/2002 regarding electronic invoicing (Fatturazione Elettronica).
2. All photographic content captured during the engagement remains the intellectual property of the Photographer. The client is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to reproduce and share the delivered images for private use. Commercial use, publication in media, or use in advertising requires a separate written agreement and additional licensing fee.
3. The Photographer reserves the right to use a limited selection of images (no more than 10) for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes. The client may request specific images be excluded from public display by notifying the Photographer in writing within 14 days of the service date.
4. All services described in this Invoice were performed in Italy Rome. The Photographer is registered with the Italian Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio di Roma) and holds a valid professional licence for commercial photography activities within the Lazio region.
5. In the event of force majeure, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Photographer from fulfilling the agreed services, a rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost. Cancellation by the client within 7 days of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to suspend delivery of final edited materials until full payment is received.
7. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered, the competent court shall be the Tribunale di Roma, in accordance with Italian civil jurisdiction.
