- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original photographs. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the specified usage terms outlined in the service agreement.
- Should the client require additional editing, re-shoots, or supplementary photography sessions in Japan Kyoto, a separate Invoice will be issued with updated pricing.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable adjustments.
