A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025. This Invoice is subject to the commercial laws of the State of Kuwait and the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait City.
Notes and Terms Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by Al-Nakheel Photography Studio, a registered commercial Photographer entity operating in Kuwait City, Kuwait. All photography services described herein were performed by the lead Photographer and his licensed team within the boundaries of Kuwait City and its surrounding districts.
2. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images captured during the engagement. The licensing terms outlined in line item 6 grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specified photographs for the stated duration and geographic scope. Any additional use beyond the licensed scope requires a separate written agreement and supplementary Invoice from the Photographer.
3. All services were rendered in compliance with the Kuwaiti Press and Publications Law, the Personal Data Protection Law of Kuwait, and the regulations of the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Photographer has obtained all necessary model release forms signed by each individual photographed during the corporate portrait session in Kuwait City.
4. The drone aerial photography was conducted under a valid permit issued by the Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority. The Photographer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all aviation regulations applicable to aerial photography operations over Kuwait City airspace.
5. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed above and confirms satisfaction with the quality of the Photographer's work. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Kuwait City, and failing that, through the competent commercial courts of Kuwait.
6. The Photographer reserves the right to display a selection of images from this engagement in his professional portfolio, website, and social media channels, provided that the client's branding and trade secrets are not disclosed. The client may request specific images be excluded from public display by written notice within 30 days of this Invoice date.
