Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by LensCraft Studios, a registered professional Photographer and visual media company operating in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Payment of the full amount stated above is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Maybank Berhad, Account Name: LensCraft Studios Sdn. Bhd., Account No: 5123-4567-8901, SWIFT: BMMBMYKL. Please reference Invoice No. LC-2025-00487 in your payment remittance.
All deliverables, including the final edited image library, will be transferred to the client's designated cloud storage within seven (7) business days following the event date. The Photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a separate exclusivity agreement is executed.
Terms & Conditions – Photography Services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between LensCraft Studios (the Photographer) and Meridian Events Sdn. Bhd. (the Client) for the photography services described herein, performed in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- The Photographer shall provide all services with professional skill, care, and in accordance with the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999. All equipment used shall be maintained to industry-standard professional specifications.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting hours, or extra image retouching beyond the quantities specified in this Invoice must be approved in writing by both parties prior to execution. Additional charges will be itemised on a supplementary Invoice.
- Overdue payments on this Invoice shall attract a late fee of 2% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with the Malaysian Contracts Act 1950.
- All intellectual property rights in the final delivered images shall transfer to the Client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the Photographer retains full copyright under the Malaysian Copyright Act 1987.
- The Photographer shall comply with all applicable data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, particularly regarding the capture and handling of identifiable individuals at the event venue.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to re-quote rates based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur before any legal proceedings are initiated in the courts of Malaysia.
