Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by Aung Kyaw Photography Studio, a registered professional Photographer operating in Myanmar Yangon, in accordance with the Myanmar Revenue Department guidelines for service-based businesses.
2. All photography services listed in this Invoice were performed by the lead Photographer, U Aung Kyaw Min, and his designated assistant team. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images until final payment is received in full.
3. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for internal corporate communications, marketing materials, and e-commerce platforms within Myanmar Yangon and internationally.
4. Any additional editing requests beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at a rate of 5,000 MMK per image.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations as per prevailing Myanmar Yangon municipal regulations.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Yangon District Court, Myanmar.
7. The Photographer confirms that all services were rendered in full compliance with Myanmar labor laws and professional photography standards established in the Yangon region.
