Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due within 15 days from the date of this invoice, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Nabil Bank, Thamel Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal (Account: 001-456789-01, A/C Name: Shree Himalayan Lens Photography).
- A 5% early payment discount applies if the full amount is received within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Nepal's commercial lending norms.
- All photography deliverables (high-resolution files, RAW files, and edited images) will be transferred via secure cloud link within 5 working days of final payment confirmation.
- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. The client receives a non-exclusive commercial license as specified in line item 7.
- This invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After expiry, a revised invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
