Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within 14 calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account details listed above. The Photographer, Van der Berg Photography B.V., accepts payment in Euros (EUR) only. Please reference Invoice number VBP-2025-0347 in your transfer description to ensure proper accounting.
A deposit of 30% (EUR 1,876.71) was received on 15 May 2025 and has been applied to this Invoice. The remaining balance of EUR 4,378.99 is due by 28 June 2025.
In the event of late payment, a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum will apply in accordance with Dutch civil law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6, Article 116). Additionally, a collection fee of EUR 15.00 per reminder will be charged.
Important Notes & Terms
1. All photographs and video content produced by the Photographer during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Van der Berg Photography B.V. The client receives a personal, non-commercial licence to use the images for private purposes, including social media sharing, in accordance with Dutch copyright law (Auteurswet).
2. The Photographer guarantees that all personal data collected during the photography sessions in Amsterdam, Netherlands, will be processed in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation act (Uitvoeringswet AVG). A separate Data Processing Agreement is available upon request.
3. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between the Photographer and the client. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
4. The Photographer reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client has explicitly requested a full privacy clause in the original service contract.
5. All prices listed on this Invoice are in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Dutch VAT (BTW) at the standard rate of 21% as of the date of issue.
