Thank you for engaging Harbour Light Photography for your Meridian AGM in New Zealand Auckland. All digital image files are delivered in both JPEG (300 DPI) and RAW formats. The Photographer retains the right to display a selection of images in their professional portfolio and on social media channels unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place. Should you require additional editing, additional prints, or a second Photographer for future events in New Zealand Auckland, please contact the studio directly. We look forward to continuing our professional relationship.
Terms and Conditions
- This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for photography services rendered by the Photographer, Harbour Light Photography Ltd, a registered company in New Zealand Auckland.
- All images and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment of this invoice has been received and cleared.
- The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered images for internal corporate communications, marketing, and promotional purposes within New Zealand and internationally.
- Any cancellation or rescheduling of photography services must be communicated to the Photographer no fewer than seven (7) business days in advance. Cancellations within seven days will incur a 50% fee of the contracted amount.
- The Photographer is not liable for loss of images due to equipment failure, provided that all reasonable backup procedures have been followed. The Photographer maintains dual-card recording and nightly cloud backup as standard practice.
- All services are subject to the Privacy Act 2020 of New Zealand. The Photographer will handle all personal data of subjects in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy legislation.
- Disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved in the District Court of New Zealand Auckland, and the laws of New Zealand shall govern this agreement.
