Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 28 June 2025. Please make payment via one of the following methods:

- Direct Debit: As per the standing arrangement agreed in Contract WCE-2025-0091

A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 of New Zealand.

All images remain the intellectual property of Harbour Light Photography until full payment of this invoice is received. Upon clearance of the total amount, a full commercial licence for use in print, digital, and broadcast media will be issued to Wellington Coastal Events Ltd.
All photography was conducted in full compliance with New Zealand privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 2020. Consent forms were obtained for all identifiable individuals featured in the event coverage. Drone operations were carried out under a valid CAA New Zealand Part 101 operating certificate. This invoice constitutes a formal tax document for GST purposes under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 of New Zealand.
