Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Apex Visual Studios, a registered photography firm operating in Pakistan Islamabad. All services rendered by our Photographer team are subject to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement (Ref: GVE-2025-089).
Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Meezan Bank, Account Title: Apex Visual Studios, IBAN: PK00MEZN00001234567890123456. Please reference Invoice Number AVS-2025-00472 in your payment remarks.
A 2% late payment surcharge will be applied to this Invoice if the balance is not settled by the due date of 30 June 2025. The Photographer and studio reserve the right to withhold final high-resolution image delivery until full payment is confirmed.
All images captured by the Photographer during the event in Pakistan Islamabad remain the intellectual property of Apex Visual Studios until full payment is received. Upon clearance, the client receives a non-exclusive commercial license for internal corporate use.
Terms & Conditions (Applicable to this Invoice)
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for photography services delivered by the Photographer and supporting team in Pakistan Islamabad on 10 June 2025.
- The Photographer guarantees delivery of all edited images within 10 business days of the event date. The printed album will be delivered within 21 business days.
- Any additional hours, extra image requests beyond 150, or additional print runs will be billed separately via a supplementary Invoice.
- The client agrees to credit the Photographer and Apex Visual Studios in any public promotional materials featuring the images, as per the mutual agreement signed prior to the event in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Pakistan.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable adjustments.
