Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract. - This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment must be received by 30 June 2025 to avoid late payment charges.
- All photography deliverables (digital files, prints, and edited images) will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment as stated in this Invoice.
- The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their portfolio and marketing materials unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is signed.
- Any additional photography services requested beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard rates applicable in Pakistan Karachi.
- Rescheduling of any photography session must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session cost.
- All prices in this Invoice are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations in Pakistan.
- This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi.
- The Photographer is not liable for any loss or damage to client property during the photography session unless caused by gross negligence.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. Cash payments above PKR 100,000 are not accepted per FBR guidelines.
