Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025. The Photographer, Carlos Alberto Mendoza Ríos, accepts payment via bank transfer to the following account: BCP (Banco de Crédito del Perú), Account No. 191-12345678-9-1, CCI: 002-191-000123456789-11, in the name of Carlos Alberto Mendoza Ríos, RUC 20601234567. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the issue date. The Photographer reserves the right to suspend delivery of remaining edited images until full payment is received. All services were rendered in compliance with the applicable regulations of the Peruvian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and the tax authority SUNAT in Peru Lima.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Peruvian tax regulations (Ley del IGV, D.S. N° 055-99-EF) and must be retained by the client for a minimum of ten (10) years as required by SUNAT.
- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured during the engagement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for internal corporate use, press releases, and social media promotion of the event in Peru Lima.
- Any additional editing requests, print reproductions, or commercial licensing beyond the scope described in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and additional charges.
- The Photographer is registered as a sole proprietor (Persona Natural con Negocio) with SUNAT and is authorized to issue electronic invoices (Factura Electrónica) through the SUNAT platform.
- All photography services were performed by the Photographer personally at the designated locations within the Peru Lima metropolitan area. No subcontracting was performed.
