Invoice Notes & Payment Information
This Invoice is issued by LensCraft Studios, a registered professional Photographer and photography services provider based in Philippines Manila. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated May 20, 2025.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to BDO Unibank, Account No. 0012-3456-7890, A/C Name: LensCraft Studios Inc., Philippines Manila branch.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 30 days from the date of this Invoice. A 5% early payment discount applies if settled within 10 business days. Late payments shall incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as per Philippine commercial law.
Delivery: All digital files and printed materials shall be delivered to the client's designated address in Philippines Manila within the timelines specified above. The Photographer reserves the right to extend delivery by up to 5 business days in case of unforeseen technical issues.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between LensCraft Studios (the Photographer) and Sunrise Events & Productions Inc. (the Client) for photography services rendered in Philippines Manila.
2. All images captured by the Photographer during the engagement remain the intellectual property of LensCraft Studios until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon settlement, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for commercial and internal use.
3. The Photographer is not liable for loss of images due to equipment failure, natural disasters, or force majeure events. A backup of all raw files is maintained for 12 months from the date of the event.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in the courts of Philippines Manila, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
5. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated terms or apply applicable late fees.
6. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to the prevailing 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines.
