Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by the Photographer, Khalid Al-Mansoori Photography Studio, operating in Doha, Qatar, and is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
- All photography services described in this Invoice were performed by the Photographer or their authorized team within the Doha metropolitan area, Qatar.
- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for commercial use within Qatar and internationally for the specific campaign referenced in this Invoice.
- Any additional services, extended hours, or location changes beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately and require written approval from the Photographer prior to execution.
- The Photographer is not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common in the Doha region, government-mandated closures, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.
- Payment must be received within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date. Failure to remit payment by the due date will result in a 2% monthly late fee applied to the outstanding balance, in accordance with Qatar's commercial transaction regulations.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Qatari Riyals (QAR). VAT at 14% is applied as mandated by the Qatar Tax Authority. The Photographer is registered under the VAT number listed above.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between the Photographer and the client upon acceptance. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
- Original image files (RAW) will not be delivered to the client. Only final, edited, high-resolution JPEG and TIFF files are included in the deliverables specified in this Invoice.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use select images from this engagement for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed in writing.
