Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by Volkov Visual Arts, LLC, a registered photography business operating in Russia Moscow, in accordance with the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation regulations. The Photographer, Alexander D. Volkov, is the sole responsible party for all services described herein.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3. The Photographer reserves all intellectual property rights to the original RAW files. The Client receives a limited commercial license as described in Line Item 7. Any reproduction, distribution, or public display beyond the licensed scope requires a separate written agreement with the Photographer.
4. All services were performed at the designated venue in Russia Moscow. The Photographer is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or infrastructure failures within the Moscow metropolitan area.
5. The Client agrees to provide the Photographer with reasonable access to the event venue, adequate working space, and power supply for equipment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at the Photographer's discretion.
6. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation in Moscow, Russia Moscow, before resorting to judicial proceedings in the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
7. The Photographer guarantees delivery of all edited images within fourteen (14) business days following the event date. The digital photo album shall be delivered within twenty-one (21) business days.
