Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the commercial terms agreed upon for services rendered in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. All amounts are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Important Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by Al-Shamal Visual Studios, a registered professional Photographer and visual content provider operating in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. All photographic works delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received, at which point a limited commercial license is granted to the client.
2. The Photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images from this engagement in their professional portfolio and marketing materials, unless a separate exclusivity agreement is executed in writing prior to the shoot date.
3. All deliverables were provided in accordance with the scope of work outlined in the signed Service Agreement dated 5 June 2025. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of 850 SAR per hour.
4. This Invoice complies with the e-invoicing requirements of the ZATCA and the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted to the client's registered email address and is valid without a physical signature.
