Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Riyadh Visual Arts Studio, Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The Photographer reserves the right to withhold final image delivery until full payment is confirmed. A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date of 30 June 2025. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 15% as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia.

Additional Notes & Terms
1. The Photographer, Khalid Al-Otaibi, retains full copyright ownership of all original photographs captured during the engagement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal corporate use and approved marketing channels within Saudi Arabia Riyadh and the Kingdom.
2. Any additional services requested beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of SAR 600 per hour, subject to a minimum two-hour engagement.
3. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to re-quote any outstanding services or materials.
4. All photography services were conducted in compliance with the Saudi Arabian General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) media regulations and the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.
5. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through amicable negotiation in Saudi Arabia Riyadh before pursuing formal legal action under the jurisdiction of the Saudi Arabian courts.
