Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Amadou Diallo Photography Studio, Bank of Africa (BOA), Dakar, Senegal. Account: 00021 00456 78901 23456 789. SWIFT: BOAASN2D.
- Due Date: Full payment of this invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date, i.e., on or before July 12, 2025.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (996,000 XOF) was received on May 20, 2025, to confirm the photographer's booking for the Senegal Dakar event. This amount is credited against the total.
- Balance Due: The remaining balance of 1,494,000 XOF is payable by the due date indicated above.
- Late Payment: A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Senegalese commercial law.
- Currency: All amounts are quoted and payable in West African CFA Francs (XOF). No foreign currency conversions apply for this invoice issued in Senegal Dakar.

Should the client require additional photographs, extended editing, or supplementary photographer services in Senegal Dakar beyond those itemized on this invoice, a change order and revised invoice will be issued prior to the commencement of any additional work. All disputes arising from this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Dakar.
