Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to Apex Visual Studios Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank, Account No. 012-345678-9, SWIFT Code: DBSSSGSG. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-0847 in your payment remittance. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act of Singapore Singapore and all applicable commercial photography regulations.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all professional Photographer services rendered by Apex Visual Studios Pte. Ltd. for the Meridian Corporate Events Annual Gala held at the Singapore Singapore Convention Centre on 28 May 2025. All photographs delivered under this Invoice are licensed for commercial use by the client for a period of five (5) years. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection of images (no more than 15) for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client. Any additional editing requests, rush delivery fees, or scope changes beyond the contracted deliverables will be invoiced separately. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
