4. Any additional retouching, re-shoots, or extended usage rights beyond the scope described above will be quoted separately and invoiced as a supplementary Invoice.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to re-quote rates based on current market conditions in Johannesburg, South Africa.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court in Johannesburg.
