Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All photography services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed Professional Photographer operating under the business registration of Min-Ji Park Photography Studio, based in Seoul, South Korea.
2. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images captured during the engagement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for commercial use within South Korea Seoul and international tourism promotion materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery.
3. Any additional editing requests, re-shoots, or extended usage rights beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of 150,000 KRW per hour.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Korean Tax Code and the Electronic Invoice and Receipt Act (e-Tax Invoice System / 세금계산서). A digital tax invoice (전자세금계산서) has been submitted to the National Tax Service of Korea.
5. The Photographer has obtained all necessary permits and licenses for drone operation in designated zones of South Korea Seoul, as required by the Korea Aviation Authority (KAA).
