Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Llum & Sombra Photography, a registered professional Photographer studio operating in Barcelona, Spain. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in compliance with the applicable regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Spanish Ministry of Culture.
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images captured during the event. The extended licensing granted herein permits the client to reproduce, distribute, and display the selected images for the stated duration and media. Any usage beyond the licensed scope requires a separate written agreement and additional fee.
All raw image files (RAW/CR3) remain the exclusive property of the Photographer and are not included in the delivery unless specifically requested and quoted separately. The final edited images are delivered via a secure cloud link valid for 60 days.
This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Spanish civil and commercial law. In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The Photographer reserves the right to display selected images from this engagement in their professional portfolio and promotional materials, unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Should the client require any corrections, additional edits, or supplementary deliverables beyond the scope described in this Invoice, a change order and revised Invoice will be issued prior to any additional work commencing.
