Payment Terms & Conditions
This invoice is issued by the photographer Alejandro Martínez Ruiz, operating as a self-employed professional (autónomo) registered in Madrid, Spain. Payment of the full amount of 9,848.40 EUR is due within 30 calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 14 July 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the IBAN account specified in the header of this invoice. Please reference the invoice number INV-2025-0347 in the transfer description to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 4/2013 on measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions. The client shall also be liable for any reasonable costs incurred in recovering the debt.
All photography services described in this invoice were performed by the photographer in Madrid, Spain, and are subject to Spanish tax regulations. The VAT (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) rate of 21% has been applied as per the current Spanish tax code applicable to professional services rendered within the national territory.
Notes & Additional Information
This invoice covers all photography services rendered by the photographer during the project period of 2–5 June 2025 in Madrid, Spain. All images delivered are the exclusive intellectual property of the photographer until the licensing fee (Line Item 7) is paid in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for commercial use as described.
The photographer reserves the right to use a selection of images (no more than 10%) for personal portfolio, website, and social media promotion purposes, provided that the client's brand identity is not compromised. Any additional usage beyond the 3-year commercial licence period will require a separate written agreement and additional fee.
Raw image files (RAW/CR3) are not included in the delivery. The photographer provides only final edited JPEG and TIFF files at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. If the client requires access to raw files, a separate fee of 500 EUR will apply.
Any disputes arising from this invoice or the photography services rendered shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
