Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Nile Lens Photography Studio, a registered commercial photography entity operating in Sudan Khartoum, in accordance with the Sudanese Commercial Code and the National Revenue Authority (NRA) regulations governing professional services invoicing.
- Payment Due Date: The full amount of 164,155.00 SDG (One Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Five Sudanese Pounds) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., by 30 June 2025.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Nile Lens Photography Studio, Bank of Khartoum, Account No. 0045-8821-3367, SWIFT: BOKHSDKH. Alternatively, payment may be made by certified cheque payable to "Nile Lens Photography Studio" at any branch in Khartoum, Sudan.
- Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Sudanese commercial law provisions on late payment of professional service invoices.
- Deliverables: All photography and video deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed and transferred to the client via secure cloud link. The Photographer retains the right to display a selection of images in their professional portfolio unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place.
- Revisions: One round of minor edits is included. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately at a rate of 500 SDG per hour.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Khartoum Commercial Court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Sudan.
