3. The photographer has complied with all applicable Swiss data protection laws (DSG/FADP) and the Swiss Copyright Act (URG) in the creation, storage, and delivery of all photographic materials.
4. Any additional services, rush fees, or scope changes beyond the original agreement must be approved in writing by both parties prior to execution. This invoice reflects only the services as originally contracted.
5. In the event of a dispute regarding this invoice, the competent court of jurisdiction shall be the district court of Zurich, Switzerland. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
6. This invoice is valid for a period of ten (10) years from the date of issue, in compliance with Swiss commercial record-keeping requirements (OR Art. 957c).
