Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date via bank transfer to the account below. Please reference the invoice number TBB-PH-2025-00472 in your remittance. A 2% early payment discount applies if the full amount is settled on or before 29 June 2025. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge in accordance with Thai commercial law.

Notes & Terms of Service
1. All photography services described in this invoice were performed by the undersigned photographer and his designated assistant within the Bangkok metropolitan area, Thailand, during the period of 10 to 14 June 2025.
2. The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images. The client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the delivered images for internal corporate communications, website content, print advertising, and social media marketing within Thailand and internationally.
3. Any additional images, extended editing, or re-shoots requested after the initial delivery will be billed separately at the photographer's standard Thailand Bangkok day rate of 45,000 THB per day.
4. This invoice constitutes a valid tax document under the Revenue Code of Thailand. The 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) has been applied as mandated by the Thai Department of Revenue for registered service providers.
5. The photographer confirms that all drone operations were conducted in compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand regulations and the relevant Bangkok municipal permits.
6. Should the client require a revised or corrected invoice, please contact the photographer's studio office within thirty (30) days of the issue date. After this period, the invoice is considered final and binding.
