Important Notes & Terms
1. All photographic content delivered under this Invoice remains the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the Grand Total, a perpetual, royalty-free license for commercial and governmental use within Turkey Ankara and internationally is granted to the Client.
2. The Photographer has obtained all necessary permits from the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality and the relevant district authorities for drone operations and on-site photography at the locations specified in this Invoice.
3. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant VAT regulations of the Republic of Turkey. A stamped original copy of this Invoice must be retained by the Client for a minimum period of ten (10) years.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey. The Photographer and the Client agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
5. The Photographer warrants that all services described in this Invoice were performed with professional skill, using industry-standard equipment, and in full compliance with Turkish data protection regulations (KVKK – Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) regarding the handling of personal images of identifiable individuals.
