Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Bosphorus Lens Photography, a registered professional Photographer operating in Turkey Istanbul, in accordance with the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (Vergi Usul Kanunu) and the applicable commercial regulations of the Republic of Turkey. All photography services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed Photographer and his team within the metropolitan boundaries of Turkey Istanbul between 2 June 2025 and 10 June 2025.
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images captured during the engagement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered images for commercial marketing, web, and print purposes for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery. Any use beyond the licensed scope requires a separate written agreement with the Photographer.
All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of the Photographer's professional fees, equipment usage, and standard post-production. The 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) is applied as mandated by the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) for services rendered in Turkey Istanbul.
Should the client require additional retouching, alternate crops, or supplementary photography sessions beyond the scope defined in this Invoice, a separate addendum and revised Invoice will be issued. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice in the event of adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor shoots in Turkey Istanbul.
This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Turkish commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising from the services rendered or the terms of this Invoice, the competent courts of Turkey Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
