This Invoice is issued by Desert Lens Photography Studio, a registered professional Photographer service provider operating in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. All photography and videography services described herein were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 02 June 2025.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Desert Lens Photography Studio, Emirates NBD Bank, Account No: 0012-3456-7890, IBAN: AE070240000000000123456, SWIFT: EMDBAEAD.
Reference: Please quote Invoice number DL-2025-0487 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
Delivery: Final edited photographs and the 30-minute highlight film will be delivered via secure online gallery within 7 business days of the event date. The Photographer guarantees full-resolution files (minimum 6000px on the long edge) suitable for print and digital reproduction.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- All photography and videography rights are licensed to the client for internal corporate use. The Photographer retains the right to display a maximum of ten (10) images in their professional portfolio and marketing materials.
- The Photographer is not liable for loss of images due to force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Any additional hours, extra deliverables, or scope changes beyond this Invoice must be approved in writing by both parties and will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of AED 550 per hour.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Abu Dhabi.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all services were rendered to their satisfaction and waives the right to request re-shoots or additional retouching beyond the scope defined herein.
