1. This Invoice is issued by Apex Visual Studios LLC, a registered professional Photographer and visual content provider operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed by licensed photographers holding valid Dubai Media City permits.
2. All photographic content delivered under this Invoice remains the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the total amount, a limited commercial license is granted to the client for use in marketing, advertising, and corporate communications within the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
3. The Photographer reserves the right to use a selection of images (no more than 10%) in their professional portfolio and social media channels, subject to prior written approval from the client.
4. Any additional services, overtime, or scope changes beyond what is listed in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of AED 750 per hour.
5. This Invoice is subject to the VAT laws of the United Arab Emirates. The 5% VAT rate is applied as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority. A tax invoice can be provided upon request for input tax credit claims.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
