All photography deliverables remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment of this invoice has been received and cleared.
Additional Terms & Conditions – Photographer's Invoice
This invoice has been issued by James Whitfield Photography, a registered professional Photographer operating from Birmingham, United Kingdom. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the agreed scope of work documented in the original photography contract dated 20 May 2025.
The Photographer warrants that all images delivered are original works created during the engagement period and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The Photographer has obtained all necessary model releases and location permissions required for commercial use within the United Kingdom and internationally.
High-resolution digital files (minimum 300 DPI, TIFF and JPEG formats) will be delivered via secure cloud transfer within five (5) business days of the final retouching completion date. Print rights for internal corporate use within Birmingham and the United Kingdom are included. Any additional licensing, including international distribution or third-party advertising use, will be subject to a separate licensing agreement and additional fees as per the Photographer's standard rate card.
This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under the terms of the photography services agreement. The Photographer reserves the right to suspend any outstanding deliverables or withhold final image files until the total amount due of £7,974.00 (inclusive of VAT) has been received in full. All amounts are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to the prevailing VAT rate in the United Kingdom at the time of service delivery.
